  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 large whole egg
  • 1 tsp. flaxseeds (whole)
  • 1 whole-wheat English muffin, toasted
  • 1 slice Canadian bacon
  • 1 slice low-fat American cheese
  • 1 tsp. ketchup (optional)


    1. Step 1Scramble the eggs in a bowl. Add the flaxseeds to the mixture.
    2. Step 2Cook in a nonstick skillet in a tiny bit of butter.
    3. Step 3Put the eggs on a toasted English muffin. Top with the bacon, cheese, and ketchup (if using).
